Each soap is unique! This is what craftsmanship is all about. Although we could use a similar base recipe on most of them, the final recipe is always different. Each bar has a variation in additives, fragrances, essential oils, inlays, and colors. We do our best to accurately photograph our soaps so that the colors and design details are accurate. Due to the nature of artisan products, expect slight variations, small bubbles, and small blemishes.

When you buy an artisan bar, you will not get the exact artisan bar shown in the picture, but a similar version of that bar, because even if it is prepared in the same batch, each one has its own unique design. Due to its handcrafted nature, an exact duplication is almost impossible; however, we make it as close as possible to the best of our capacity, while maintaining the same quality. You will receive a variation of our great quality product, which can be in color, swirl details, cut, design, or weight.

An order may be cancelled prior to shipping. For safety concerns, once an order has shipped, all sales are final.

All ingredients of each product are detailed in each listing and on the label of each one. We are transparent about the ingredients used in our products. It is the responsibility of each consumer to do their research and decide what would work best for them. We also cannot claim that any of the listed ingredients will cure or improve any topical condition. BV Soaps products are not manufactured by healthcare, skin providers, nor medical professionals. The main purpose of BV Soaps, artisan soaps is to cleanse the skin. At some point, an ingredient may have been in contact with another one, such as seeds and grains, and essential oils, among others. It is important that you know the ingredients and/or allergens that could affect you, and that we use other ingredients and/or possible allergens in our facilities. Talk to your trusted healthcare and/or skincare provider, or medical professional, before using any skincare products, especially during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

It is the responsibility of the user of the products to use the products properly. Always be aware of personal allergies and irritations. Spot test all skin products prior to use. If any products cause irritation, discontinue use immediately, and consult a physician. BV Soaps is not responsible for injuries or accidents. If you are knowingly allergic to any ingredient that we use in our products, and you choose to use it, we are not responsible for any rashes or allergic reactions that may occur. If an allergic reaction or rash does occur, discontinue use immediately. Keep your bar of soap dry between uses, a drained soap dish works best, avoid direct contact with water to help extend the product’s life. Let the soap dry completely and then store it in a cool, dry container away from bright light. Each artisan bar is hand-cut and trimmed so its weight may vary slightly. For external use only. Keep out of eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
